30 minutes. We confirm whether your portfolio or operation fits the Revenue Lens methodology, provide a scope estimate ($15K–$25K diagnostic + 5% recovery share), and answer compliance questions (HIPAA / BAA / data scope). No pitch. We say no more often than we say yes.
Nothing formal. Helpful but optional: rough referral or partnership revenue figure, vertical (home care, DSO, senior living, medspa, hospice, SaaS partner program, EU market entry), location count or geography, and the board-cycle window driving the conversation.
Most engagements start within 14 days of the qualification call — engagement letter signed, BAA in place for healthcare, data handoff scheduled. The diagnostic runs 30 days from data handoff. Board-ready output is delivered at day 30 with a recovery roadmap and recovery-share forecast.
